Paolo has over 30 years of experience in consulting and advisory.
Over this period he has advised over 100 companies on strategy and performance improvement.
Since 2000 Paolo has assisted several Italian entrepreneurs in the sale of their business.
Paolo is a Full Professor of Accounting and Business Administration at Universita’ Cattolica, Milan and teaches Strategy at Universita’ Bocconi.
Paolo is also responsible for some Executive Education courses of SDA Bocconi directed at small and medium enterprises (including on M&A)
Paolo has a university degree cum Laude in Business Administration from Universita’ Bocconi, Milan and he is the author of several books on Strategy and Business Administration.
LORENZO RUSSO, LONDON

Lorenzo Russo has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity.
Before founding Trade Winds Capital, Lorenzo was a partner in mid-market PE fund Vision Capital responsible for Italy, Spain and France.
Previously, he was an investment director at Change Capital Partners where he invested in retail and consumer goods small and medium size companies across Europe.
Lorenzo started his career in the Investment Banking division of Salomon Brothers (now Citi).
Lorenzo has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a university degree cum Laude in Business Administration from Universita’ Bocconi, Milan.
Fabio del Coco, MILAN
DIRECTOR HELM S.r.l.
Fabio joined Helm in 2004 and has played an ever larger role in all recent Helm transactions.
His main competences include complex model building for financial analysis and planning especially for the purpose of valuation and assessment.
He has been selecting, developing and leading the internal team of analysts, ensuring guidance and support both for M&A projects and for external services rendered to customers during their development process.
